Latest MP3 Players Revealed
An MP3 player stores, organises and plays music fine. Those that use a flash memory have no moving parts because everything they require is on the chip. Others - called hard drive players - use a hard disk, similar to that in a computer only smaller, to store their files. They can also be called iPods, which is Apple's brand name.
Apple's latest offering - out this month, is the iPod Touch. It will come in 8 and 16 GBs and is even smaller, cheaper and thinner than the iPhone. Kids are madly saving their pocket money.
Bright pink, The Creative Zen Stone Plus sounds like it is something for the garden, but is a super-cool, super-small MP3 with a voice-recorder, FM tuner and stopwatch. It could come in handy at the next school sports day, but take extra batteries. The Creative Zen V Plus has a much better battery life and for all its 2GB size is packed with features.
Want one with a belt clip, case and an armband? Go for Creative Zen Nano plus at 1GB. It comes in a host of cool colours and had good sound and supports DRM- protected songs. It has other features too, but the LCD screen is rather small.

"There are some people God has called to evangelism, and they're doing a wonderful job, having results. That's great. ... God wanted us to do something else. So we got into the area of challenging people, and our ministry basically happens offstage one-on-one when we talk with people. It's very subtle, but God's doing a work! It's entertainment, it's fun, its a concert--it's all those things--but at a subtle, deeper level, it touches people's hearts" (TERRY TAYLOR OF THE DANIEL AMOS BAND, cited by Dan and Steve Peters, What about Christian Rock, p. 109).
